IOA Grants Management Team

Team Leader: Nancy K. Cheek Jenkins, Deputy Director for Business, Finance & Research Administration

The grants management team at the Sheps Center assists IOA investigators with the development of budgets, budget justifications and works with the University system to route contracts and grants as dictated by funding sources and deadlines. This team also manages the accounts after grants and contracts are awarded.

Statistical Support Team

Team Leader: Lloyd Edwards, Statistical Support Lead

The Statistical Support Unit is the newest addition to the research and scientific support team. Headed by Lloyd Edwards, the unit supports statistical aspects of Institute on Aging research. Establishment of the new unit is a critical aspect of expanded support for research and research development, including enhanced capacities for data management and research program management.

IOA Information Services Team

Team Leader: Danielle Borasky, Library and Information Services

Ms. Borasky and her team assist IOA investigators in searching literature and secondary data sources and provide consultation on developing bibliographic databases. The library provides reference and bibliographic services and maintains the IOA website. Digital and hard copy resources are collected and catalogued on a continuing basis for all research, education and service areas of the IOA. More information: Information Center website.
