Program on The Aging Workforce
The Program on the Aging Workforce includes a number of research projects dealing with the aging of the workforce, older workers, and the changing transition to retirement. The program is headed by Dr. Peter Stein, Research Scientist and Assistant Director, Aging Workforce Initiatives.

- The Institute's Information Center actively builds its digital and hard copy resources in this area. Search the Information center's database for the subject terms 'older workers" or 'retirement' to get a list of available resources.
- The Information Center offers a PubAlert on Older Workers
- The Institute also archives papers and reports from three Canadian research projects in this area. These are the Issues of an Aging Workforce Project, the Occupational Career Disruption as a Social Determinant of Health Project, and the Options 45+ Project.
