Jobs To Careers Evaluation Project

The UNC Evaluation of the Jobs to Careers Program is a collaboration between the UNC Institute on Aging and the Cecil G. Sheps Center for Health Services Research. The UNC Evaluation Team examines barriers and facilitating factors for program implementation and systems change among demonstration projects in the Jobs to Careers Program. Jobs to Careers is a national initiative of RWJF in collaboration with the Hitachi Foundation. Jobs to Careers is designed to establish systems that train, develop, reward, and advance current frontline health and health care workers to improve the quality of care and ensure the quality of services provided to patients and communities.

The evaluation program is housed at the UNC Institute on Aging and led by Co-Principal Investigators Jennifer Craft Morgan, Ph.D. and Thomas R. Konrad, Ph.D.
