Research Subjects Needed

UNC Study of Home Lighting and Aging
Research has shown that lighting can improve mood and sleep for adults. In order to learn more about the effects of home lighting for older adults with Alzheimer's disease and other memory problems, researchers at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill are conducting a four month study of home lighting.
To participate in this study, you must be the live-in caregiver for someone with Alzheimer's disease or a related memory disorder. Participants will receive reimbursement for all study-related costs, and also will receive $300 for their time.
To learn more about this study, please call Lauren Cohen toll-free at (866) 687-9342 or locally at (919) 843-8874.
The study 'Home Lighting and Aging' (IRB # 08-1249) was reviewed and approved by the Office of Human Research Ethics at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill on January 5, 2010.
