Call for Pilot Proposals Announced

May 4 , 2009

The Center for Aging and Diversity/UNC Institute on Aging, is pleased to announce a call for three pilot grant proposals, for a maximum of $20,000 each and funded by an NIH K07 Leadership Award, on issues related to minority aging and health disparities in later life. The purpose of this call for proposals is to encourage small-scale pilot research projects that can be completed within 12 months and have the potential to lead to a larger federally or foundation funded award application.

The deadline for electronic submission is JUNE 1, 2009. Award notification will be no later than June 15, 2009.
