Center for Aging and Diversity Announces Pilot Grant Competition

June 16, 2005

The Center for Aging and Diversity at the Institute on Aging announced a call for two pilot grant proposals, for a maximum of $20,000 each and funded by an NIH K07 Leadership Award, on issues related to minority aging and health disparities in later life. The purpose of this call for proposals is to encourage small-scale pilot research projects that can be completed within 12-18 months and have the potential to lead to a larger federally or foundation funded award application.

The call is open to faculty at UNC Chapel Hill only, and the submission deadline is July 30, 2005.

For more information and application guidelines, see the announcement.
