Seminar on Alzheimer's Research

March 14, 2003

The IOA announces a seminar on Thursday, April 17, 2003 at 12:15pm presented by Jennie Ward Robinson, Ph.D., Director of Medical and Scientific Affairs at the Alzheimer's Association. Dr. Robinson will speak on "The Science Mission of the Alzheimer's Association: Implications for Cultural and Ethnic Research."

The seminar is part of the Institute's Ethnicity, Culture, Race and Aging Research Seminar Series and is co-sponsored by the Program on Ethnicity, Culture, and Health Outcomes (ECHO).

The seminar is open to the public and a reception will follow. Please RSVP (919-966-9444 by April 10, 2003) if you plan to attend. The seminar will be held in the School of Public Health, 1301 McGavran-Greenberg, University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, and the reception will follow in the Rosenau Lounge (2nd floor of the Rosenau Building).
