Gerontology Program:

UNCW's Gerontology Program offers a Master of Science in Applied Gerontology, Post-Baccalaureate Certificate in Gerontology, and Master of Arts in Liberal Studies with a Concentration in Gerontology.

Although the gerontology program as a whole is housed in the Department of Health and Applied Human Sciences, gerontology faculty members have appointments in other departments reflecting the multidisciplinary and interdisciplinary nature of the study of aging.
