Workforce Survey
About the Project
The UNC Institute on Aging has coordinated a two-phase survey of the workforce serving older adults in North Carolina. The first phase targeted agencies and employees in community-based services under the auspices of the Divisions of Aging and Social Services. The second phase was conducted in the spring of 2001, targeting individuals working in long term care and hospice facilities. The final analysis has been completed and released.
