Community Service Work: Related to Gerontology/Aging I’ve created Service-Learning components in a few of my classes. In one class we did creative activities with elder residents at a living facility and my students also painted a mural for the residents. My Adult Development class works with the Black Mountain Center each year.

Research Project(s): My research primarily focuses on adolescence and childhood. None of my research projects has dealt with adults.
