Allyson Woodside

Program Manager

Ms. Woodside is committed to making a positive difference in the delivery of healthcare services to the members of her community and others.  She has a B.S. in Psychology and has been a nurse for nearly 14 years in skilled Long Term Care facilities, Home Health Agencies and physician's practices.  She holds PHI certificates as a "Coaching Supervision" trainer, advanced "Train the Trainer" trainer, and "Peer Mentoring" program development trainer.  Over the past 22 years she has served in nursing homes as a housekeeper, activities aide, nursing assistant, floor/staff/charge/administrative nurse and is now a nurse educator.  She has been with WIN A STEP UP for 4 years.
