		IOA Staff Pam Hatcher Program Assistant Pam joined the Institute on Aging in April 2006 as a Program Assistant. She retired in 2001 from Lucent Technologies in Greensboro, NC, after completing a 30-year career in the Federal Systems division. The majority of those years at Lucent included assignments in the technical publications arena, documenting user guides for shipboard and land site systems. At retirement, in addition to her duties as a Publications Management Associate, she was part of a proposal team that provided support to various Lucent organizations seeking federal and commercial awards. Pam received her B.S. in Management from Guilford College in 1997 while employed full time at Lucent. Email: phatcher@schsr.unc.edu
