Marilyn D. Hartman, PhD

Senior Fellow

Marilyn Hartman is a Senior Fellow at the Institute on Aging. An associate professor of psychology at UNC, she has worked closely with the Institute as a mentor in the CPHAR program and the Research Stimulus Grant program as well as on the Gordon H. DeFriese Awards Committee. Dr. Hartman has strong interests in cognition and memory, volunteer caregivers in end of life care, and interventions to alleviate balance problems and reduce the risk of falls.
