Emmeline Chuang, PhD

Postdoctoral Research Scholar

Emmeline Chuang recently received her doctorate in Health Policy and Management from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. She is interested in how health and human service organizations can improve service delivery and access to care, particularly for underserved populations. Her research experiences have focused primarily on behavioral health, child welfare, and frontline health workforce issues. Although she is now located at the University of South Florida, she will continue to be involved with collecting data and disseminating findings from the Jobs to Careers project.
