Statewide Advisory Council
For advice and guidance concerning its statewide mission, the Institute convenes a Statewide Advisory Council (formerly Committee) that includes representation from the field of aging, public service programs, and other academic institutions in North Carolina. This council provides guidance and assistance to the Institute to facilitate university-wide planning in aging by providing leadership, consultation, and systematic assessments of the state’s existing resources for aging.
